The KBAC-27D, Adjustable Frequency Drive is kept in a NEMA-4X/IP-65 wash-down watertight casing. It is made to control 208/230 Volts, 50/60Hz, 3 _ AC induction motors used for Machine or Variable Torque (HVAC) applications. It operates from 115 or 208/230 Volts, 50/60Hz, single phase AC input. Standard features include; Adjustable RMS Current Limit, I2t helps prevent Motor Burnout, Slip Compensation with Auto-Tune & Boost provides excellent load regulation over a 60:1 speed range, Power Start_ delivers over two hundred percent motor starting torque to ensure startup of high frictional loads. Other typical features include; Run/Fault Relay Output Contacts, Electronic Inrush Current Limit (EICL_) that gets rid of harmful AC Line inrush currents. Also provided are two diagnostic LEDs. Linear Acceleration and Deceleration make the drive able to perform soft-start applications and JOG. Standard front panel features include; a Start/Stop Switch, and a Main Speed Potentiometer.
