Thanks for all your help. It is rare that we can find this kind of service, especially the first occasion to work together. We found you on the web and that is a good testament to whoever does this for you but the real test is the performance by those that interact with the customer. You were right on it at the quote phase, followed up and returned calls promptly. Then unfortunately our customer put us on the spot and you came through for us, delivering the customer J box next day to allow us to do what you did for us, service the customer. We are building our business on dedication to servicing our customers but, we can only do this with the support of our staff and vendors. Thanks for your help.
